Information to include
Reports are easier to investigate when they contain the following information.
- Extension name and exact version
- Browser name and browser version
- Operating system
- Exact feature or button involved
- Clear steps that reproduce the issue
- Expected and actual behavior
- Any visible error message
- A safe screenshot, when useful
Do not send passwords, payment details, licence or activation information, private conversation content, personal documents or any confidential data. Crop or blur screenshots before attaching them.
Refresh the affected page once, confirm that the extension is enabled, and check whether the problem still occurs. For very long Gemini conversations, additional top or bottom probing may be required because Gemini can render content progressively.
