AIWorkGuard is a desktop browser extension designed to help users work with long AI conversations.
It helps create clean continuation / handoff TXT files so work can continue in a new conversation without losing the important context.
WHAT IS A HANDOFF TXT FILE?
A handoff TXT file is a structured continuation file. It contains the important project context, current status, next action, and key warnings needed to continue work in a new AI conversation.
DOES AIWORKGUARD UPLOAD MY CONVERSATION TO EXTERNAL SERVERS?
No. AIWorkGuard does not collect, sell, transmit, or share your conversation content.
The extension is designed to process visible conversation content locally in your browser when you request a handoff TXT file.
DOES AIWORKGUARD USE ANALYTICS OR TRACKING?
No. AIWorkGuard does not use analytics, advertising trackers, behavioral tracking, or profiling systems.
ARE MY CHATS SAVED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN MY PERSONAL DEVICE?
AIWorkGuard itself does not send your conversation content to external servers. Any downloaded handoff TXT file is created locally in your browser.
WHAT DOES THE HIDDEN TURNS PERCENTAGE MEAN?
The hidden turns / conversation scan percentage is an estimate based on detected conversation content in the current desktop browser view.
It describes the extension’s local page view state. It is not a measured RAM value, not a server-side metric, and not a guarantee of system memory reduction.
DOES AIWORKGUARD DELETE MESSAGES FROM THE AI SERVICE?
No. Any desktop cleanup or hiding behavior is local to the browser where the extension is running.
It does not delete messages from the AI service and it may not affect what appears on other devices.
CAN I USE AIWORKGUARD ON MOBILE?
AIWorkGuard is designed for desktop browser use. Mobile apps and mobile browsers may not support the same extension workflow.

AIWorkGuard is designed for desktop browser use. It is available for Chrome and Chromium-based desktop browsers through the Chrome Web Store, and for Firefox through Mozilla Add-ons.
